Municipality Finance Issues USD 50 Million Tap in MTN Programme
Municipality Finance Plc (MuniFin) announced a new USD 50 million tap issuance under its Medium Term Note (MTN) programme. This new tranche, set to be issued on 8 October 2026, increases the aggregate nominal amount of its existing benchmark to USD 875 million. The benchmark, initially issued on 21 January 2026, will mature on 4 February 2030 and carries interest at a floating rate, Compounded SOFR plus 100 bps.
The issuance falls under MuniFin's EUR 55 billion programme and will be traded on the Helsinki Stock Exchange starting 8 October 2026. Daiwa Capital Markets Europe and Banco Santander serve as Joint Lead Managers. MuniFin is a major Finnish credit institution with a focus on sustainable investments like public transportation and renewable housing.
