Municipality Finance Launches EUR 25 Million Notes
Kuntarahoitus Oyj, also known as Municipality Finance Plc, is set to issue EUR 25 million notes scheduled for 27 July 2026. These notes will mature on 27 July 2044, carrying a fixed interest rate of 3.645% annually. This issuance is part of MuniFin's extensive EUR 50 billion Medium Term Note (MTN) programme.
MuniFin has sought admission for these notes on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, managed by Nasdaq Helsinki, with public trading anticipated to commence on the same day as the issue date. DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank from Frankfurt am Main has been appointed as the dealer for this issuance.
As one of Finland's largest credit institutions, MuniFin predominantly serves Finnish municipalities and associated entities, operating on an international scale. The Municipal Guarantee Board exclusively guarantees the company's funding.
