Mutares Accepts Quiver's Offer for SRT Group Acquisition

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has received an irrevocable offer from Quiver to acquire SRT Group. The transaction, expected to close in Q4 2026, involves SRT Group SAS and its subsidiaries. Headquartered in France, SRT Group provides urban and last-mile logistics solutions across Europe, generating approximately EUR 50 million in revenue.

Since acquiring SRT Group in 2023, Mutares has diversified its client base to minimize dependence on large accounts. Investments in proprietary technology have improved cost efficiency and supported margin consolidation. SRT Group employs around 70 staff and operates in France, the UK, and Poland.

This divestment aligns with Mutares’ strategy to stabilize portfolio companies before selling them to facilitate continued development. The transition also reduces Mutares' exposure to the retail sector. Johannes Laumann, CIO of Mutares, expressed confidence in Quiver as the ideal partner for SRT Group's future growth.
