Mutares Completes Partial Repurchase of Nordic Bond

Munich-based Mutares SE & Co. KGaA announced the results of its partial repurchase offer for its floating-rate bond 2023/2027. The company aimed to repurchase bonds with a nominal value of up to EUR 25 million. However, bonds totaling EUR 10.4 million were actually offered for repurchase and accepted. The bonds, maturing in March 2027, originally amounted to EUR 250 million.

The settlement and payment are expected around October 2, 2026. This repurchase reduces the bond's nominal amount to approximately EUR 222 million. The transaction follows an earlier repurchase of EUR 18 million in June, bringing the total repurchased amount in 2026 to EUR 28 million.

The bond repurchase is part of Mutares' preparation for refinancing expected in late Q4 2026. This strategic move aligns with their financial planning ahead of bond maturity.
