Mutares Divests Relobus to Infracapital

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA announced the sale of Relobus Transport Polska sp. z o.o. to Infracapital, the investment arm of M&G. Relobus, a prominent player in Poland’s public bus transport sector, has strengthened its market foothold under Mutares' ownership since 2023.
