Mutares Reports Revenue Growth and Dividend Proposal for 2024
Mutares SE & Co. KGaA released its 2024 financial report, highlighting an increase in group revenues to over EUR 5.2 billion, a 12% rise from the previous year. Mutares Holding reported net income of EUR 108.3 million, supported by the sale of Frigoscandia and Steyr Motors’ listing. Revenues from consulting services rose by 6% to EUR 109.8 million.
The company plans a dividend of EUR 2.00 per share. Mutares aims to grow group revenues to EUR 10 billion by 2028. For 2025, expected revenues for Mutares Group are between EUR 6.5 and 7.5 billion, with net income for Mutares Holding projected between EUR 130-160 million.
