Mutares Completes Acquisition of Natura from Pelion

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has finalized the acquisition of Natura sp. z o.o. from Pelion S.A., enhancing its Retail & Food segment. This acquisition introduces a new platform investment that is expected to strengthen Mutares' market position.

Natura, a leading beauty retailer in Poland, operates 217 stores and has an online presence. It offers a comprehensive product range, including international brands and private labels in categories like Hygiene, Perfume, and Haircare. In 2023, Natura recorded revenues of approximately EUR 100 million.

This move aligns with Mutares' growth strategy, as the company aims to expand its revenue from EUR 5.7 billion to EUR 7 billion by 2025. Natura's established presence in Poland complements this goal.
