Mutares Completes Acquisition of Nervión Industries
Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has finalized the acquisition of Nervión Industries from Amper S.A. This strategic move aims to bolster Mutares' Goods & Services segment as a new platform investment. Founded in 1956, Nervión is a prominent Iberian industrial services provider, serving key markets like oil & gas, industrial, and energy sectors.
Nervión's core areas include industrial maintenance and assembly, photovoltaic plant construction, storage tank assembly, and pollution control solutions. With revenues around EUR 200 million in 2024, the company is expected to grow, thanks to its strong commercial network and proven performance.
This acquisition aligns with Mutares' strategy of acquiring companies with untapped potential and positioning them for growth. Mutares is on track to expand its revenues significantly, projecting increases to EUR 7 billion by 2025 and EUR 10 billion by 2028.
