Mutares Completes Sale of Redo Oy to Invex Group

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has finalized the sale of Redo Oy to Invex Group, a Norway-based industrial investor. Redo, a Finnish leader in property remediation services, achieved approximately EUR 25 million in revenue for 2025. This strategic transaction with Invex Group gives Redo a robust platform for future growth.

Redo specializes in first-response services for water, fire, and moisture damage, operating from over 20 locations across Finland. The company's extensive network enables it to reach 80% of the Finnish population within an hour. Since joining Mutares in 2023, Redo underwent significant transformation, enhancing its attractiveness to industrial investors.

Johannes Laumann, CIO of Mutares, expressed confidence in Invex Group as the right fit for Redo, acknowledging the firm's expertise and strong Nordic presence.
