Mutares Sells Kalzip to Tremco CPG

On March 31, 2026, Mutares SE & Co. KGaA announced the sale of Kalzip GmbH to Tremco Construction Products Group, a subsidiary of RPM International Inc. Kalzip, known for its aluminum roofing and facade systems, had been a part of Mutares' portfolio following its acquisition from Tata Steel Europe in 2018. Under Mutares' ownership, Kalzip achieved revenues of around EUR 75 million in 2024 with a robust market presence.
