Mutares Sells inTime Group Subsidiaries to Tawin Holdings
Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has successfully completed the sale of all subsidiaries of inTime Group GmbH to Tawin Holdings Group. The transaction includes key entities like Trans‑Logo‑Tech GmbH and Routewise GmbH. inTime Group, a provider specializing in time-critical logistics services, generates annual revenues of approximately EUR 100 million and employs around 400 personnel.
Since acquiring inTime in August 2025, Mutares implemented an extensive improvement program. This included cost reduction, fleet optimization, and operational efficiency enhancements, significantly boosting the group's performance and cost structure.
Under Mutares' ownership, inTime was transformed into a focused, scalable logistics platform. Tawin Holdings, known for Priority Freight, now enhances its international logistics service offerings with this acquisition.
