MyHotelMatch and Courbet Héritage Move Closer to Market Combination

MyHotelMatch and Courbet Héritage have reaffirmed their intention to merge on the Euronext Paris primary market. Since MyHotelMatch's November 2024 announcement, both entities have worked towards completing this potential merger. MyHotelMatch finished its financial restructuring in 2024 and released its annual report by June 2025. Similarly, Courbet Héritage published its report on the same date.

The companies are preparing their half-year financials, to be publicly released by September 2025. Working with advisors, they plan the merger structure.
