Results of the MHM Corporate General Meeting

On March 27, 2026, MHM Corporate held its Annual General Meeting in Paris. The meeting took place at the law firm Lexelians. Shareholders present or represented held a total of 869,379 voting shares, representing 24.14% of the company's share capital.

All resolutions submitted at this meeting were unanimously approved. Among the significant decisions, the appointment of new auditors was formalized. The firms GRANT THORNTON and EXCO SOCODEC were appointed to replace the previous auditors who had resigned. Their term will extend until the 2031 Annual General Meeting.
