Nagarro SE Delays Full-Year Results Publication but Confirms 2024 Targets
Munich, April 25, 2025 – Nagarro SE has announced a delay in the publication of its 2024 full-year results and annual report. Preliminary results are now set for April 29, 2025, with audited financial statements and the annual report expected on May 15, 2025. This additional time is necessary for completing audit processes, particularly regarding revenue recognition complexities, in collaboration with a new auditor.
The delay might result in Nagarro SE's temporary exclusion from the TecDAX and SDAX indices operated by Deutsche Boerse AG. Adjustments from a revised approach to acquisition-related matters will affect goodwill and liabilities but not the 2023 Adjusted EBITDA.
Nagarro reaffirms its 2024 financial targets and plans a shareholder dividend between 10% and 20% of EBIT, pending June 30, 2025, AGM approval.
