Nagarro SE Plans Capital Reduction and New Share Buyback Program
Nagarro SE's Management Board has decided to reduce the company's nominal share capital by redeeming approximately 75% of its treasury shares. This move will decrease the nominal share capital from EUR 13,775,985 to EUR 12,922,297. The process involves redeeming 853,688 treasury shares, reducing the total issued shares to 12,922,297.
In addition, Nagarro SE plans a new share buyback program, with a budget of up to EUR 20 million. The company aims to repurchase up to 450,000 shares, which represents about 3.48% of the reduced share capital. This program will be conducted through the stock exchange by a credit institute, adhering to the Safe-Harbour-Rules.
The buyback period is scheduled from November 24, 2025, to February 28, 2026. Nagarro SE reserves the right to adjust the plan as necessary. Further details will be available on their website.
