Nagarro SE Shifts Strategy After Ending Take-Private Talks
Nagarro SE, a company listed on multiple German stock indices, has announced that it will no longer pursue a take-private initiative. The company's management, after evaluating strategic options, has chosen instead to focus on maximizing shareholder value through both organic and inorganic growth strategies.
To support these growth initiatives, Nagarro SE plans a share buyback program valued at up to €400 million over the next three years. Additionally, the company aims to implement a sustainable dividend policy, aiming to distribute 10-20% of its EBIT annually, subject to the necessary approvals from its Annual General Meeting.
This decision follows ongoing discussions with various interested parties about a take-private move, which included a public tender offer. However, the management has now prioritized enhancing efficiencies and shareholder returns without changing its public market status.
