Nagarro's Q2 and H1 2026 Financial Performance

Nagarro, a global leader in AI transformation and engineering, has unveiled its financial results for Q2 and H1 2026. In Q2 2026, revenue rose to €252.4 million, marking a 2.0% year-on-year growth in constant currency. However, revenue growth in Euro terms was slight at 0.2%. Gross profit fell to €81.8 million, while adjusted EBITDA saw a significant rise to €37.8 million. Despite this, EBITDA declined due to increased share-based payment costs.

The H1 results showed revenue at €500.5 million, reflecting a 4.2% increase in constant currency. Organic revenue growth was modest, with gross profit stable at €159.2 million. EBITDA increased slightly, while net profit improved significantly to €29.8 million, partly due to lower tax expenses. Operating cash inflow showed mixed performance, increasing in Q2 but declining in H1 compared to the previous year.
