Namibia Critical Metals Gains $1.15 Million from Warrant Exercises

Namibia Critical Metals Inc. announced it has received Cdn. $1,154,762 through the full exercise of two tranches of previously issued common share purchase warrants. This transaction involves a total of 14,761,904 warrants, each warrant providing the holder the opportunity to receive a common share. The raised funds will support general working capital needs.

The first tranche, with an exercise price of $0.05 per warrant totaling Cdn. $321,429, originated from a private placement offering in 2024 with a deadline in 2025. The second tranche, exercised at $0.10 per warrant for Cdn. $833,333, also stemmed from a private placement in 2023, expiring in 2025.

This development comes as Namibia Critical Metals advances its Tier-1 Lofdal Heavy Rare Earth Project in a joint venture with Japan's JOGMEC, which seeks to secure resources for Japan’s industrial interests.
