NamR: 2024 Annual Results and Impacts in 2025
On November 13, 2025, namR, a specialist in Data Intelligence for the ecological transition, announced its 2024 annual results. Revenue reached €2.9 million, marking a 52% increase compared to 2023. However, the company reported a net loss of €8.2 million. A temporary suspension of loan repayments has been implemented in agreement with banking partners.
In 2025, namR finalized the sale of assets to Addactis for €4.2 million. Grégory Labrousse resigned from his position and was replaced by Charles-Henry Tranié. Insolvency proceedings were initiated, with a six-month observation period, and trading of the shares remains suspended.
