NamR is seeking buyers for a sale plan

Paris, May 15, 2026 – namR, a company specializing in Data Intelligence for the ecological transition, announces the launch of a call for applications from potential buyers. This initiative is part of a court-ordered reorganization procedure, initiated due to the lack of a viable continuation plan.

Following a recent hearing, the Paris Economic Activities Court extended this procedure until November 12, 2026. Interested buyers must submit their offers before June 2, 2026. NamR's listing on Euronext Growth remains suspended during this period.
