Nebius and Meta Forge $27 Billion AI Infrastructure Deal

Nebius Group N.V., listed on NASDAQ, has announced a significant AI infrastructure agreement with tech giant Meta. The five-year agreement, valued at up to $27 billion, aims to enhance Nebius's AI cloud capabilities. Under the agreement, Nebius will supply $12 billion worth of dedicated infrastructure starting in 2027, leveraging the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform.

Additionally, Meta plans to purchase up to $15 billion in extra computing capacity from Nebius. This deal is expected to drive growth in Nebius's core AI cloud business, allowing them to sell excess capacity to third-party customers.

Arkady Volozh, Nebius's CEO, expressed satisfaction with the partnership, highlighting its potential to accelerate the company's long-term capacity and growth. Despite the substantial deal, Nebius's financial outlook for 2026 remains unchanged.
