Nebius Launches Robotics & Physical AI Awards, Supporting Startups with $1.5 Million
San Francisco, December 10, 2025—AI infrastructure firm Nebius announced the winners of the inaugural Nebius Robotics and Physical AI Awards. The event celebrated startups advancing physical AI, offering $1.5 million in Nebius AI Cloud compute credits, bolstered by NVIDIA infrastructure. Shanda Grab Ventures added a $100,000 investment for one startup.
Hosted at the Computer History Museum, the summit showcased live demos, discussions with researchers, and startup presentations. Over 50 finalists from 250 applicants demonstrated advancements across several categories, including simulation, model training, and robotics deployment.
Notable winners included Buildroid AI and Foxglove, receiving recognition for research and scalability. The program highlights Nebius's commitment to nurturing AI development, following similar initiatives in healthcare and life sciences.
