Nemetschek Group Proposes 24% Dividend Increase for 2025
On March 13, 2026, Nemetschek SE announced a proposal to increase its dividend by approximately 24% to EUR 0.68 per share for the fiscal year 2025. This marks the thirteenth consecutive year of dividend growth, reflecting the company's successful financial performance in 2025. The Supervisory Board has approved the proposal, which will be presented at the Annual General Meeting on May 21, 2026.
This proposed increase would raise the total dividend payout from EUR 63.5 million to EUR 78.5 million. The move aligns with Nemetschek's commitment to a stable and shareholder-friendly dividend policy. The company's 2025 fiscal year saw a revenue rise of 19.7% to EUR 1,191.2 million, crossing the EUR 1 billion threshold for the first time. The EBITDA margin also improved to 31.2%, meeting established targets.
