NETGEM Shareholders Approve Dividend at Annual Meeting
The joint general shareholders meeting of NETGEM took place on 29 June 2026 at the company's head office. Chaired by Mr. Joseph Haddad, the event saw 57.48% participation from voting shareholders, amounting to 142 stakeholders. All resolutions were approved per the Board of Directors' suggestions, notably the decision to pay a dividend of €0.05 per share. This dividend will be detached on 8 July 2026 and distributed on 10 July 2026. NETGEM extends gratitude to shareholders for their participation.
