NetMedia Group publishes the exercise price of the 2026 warrants
NetMedia Group informs that the fifth exercise period for share warrants (BSA 2026) opens on August 13, 2026 and ends on August 24, 2026. The exercise price is set at €0.39, resulting from a 15% discount applied to the average of previous closing prices.
The nominal value of the shares, which cannot be lower, is set at €0.10. This arrangement follows the rules set out in the press release of February 16, 2026. The company, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, reiterates that this press release does not constitute a public offering.
