Lenire Integrated into U.S. Clinical Guidelines for Tinnitus Treatment

The American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Foundation (AAO-HNSF) has added Lenire as a treatment for tinnitus in their guidelines. This marks the first time a new treatment has been included since the guidelines' inception in 2014. Lenire is the only FDA-approved bimodal neuromodulation device for tinnitus.

This inclusion acknowledges Lenire's efficacy, validated by three major clinical trials and significant real-world outcomes. The device combines sound and mild electrical tongue stimulation. As a result, it provides a new standard of care for the estimated millions affected by tinnitus in the U.S.

The guidelines direct ENT specialists to prefer beneficial interventions like Lenire over less effective treatments. The progression reflects Neuromod Devices' commitment to expanding accessibility and effectiveness for tinnitus solutions globally.
