NEURONES carried out a share buyback program between April 20 and 24, 2026. This buyback was part of the program authorized by the Annual General Meeting of June 5, 2025, in collaboration with CIC. During this period, NEURONES acquired a total of 2,198 shares at an average price of €38.15 each, exclusively on April 20.
Following these transactions, on April 24, 2026, NEURONES holds 383,448 shares, representing 1.58% of its share capital of 24,328,716 shares.
