New 2024 financial calendar for Europlasma
Europlasma, a specialist in pollution control and decarbonization, has announced a new timeline for its 2024 financial statements. Initially scheduled for April 30, 2025, the finalization of the audits has been delayed by the acquisition of Fonderie de Bretagne. The Board of Directors will meet on June 11, 2025, to approve the annual accounts, followed by the release of the results after the market close.
In addition, the Mont-de-Marsan Commercial Court has granted an additional three months to convene the general meeting on these accounts, setting the deadline for September 30, 2025. A press release will specify the details of this meeting at a later date.
