New Assays Confirm Structural Model at Tolmer Project
Barton Gold Holdings Limited has announced promising assay results from diamond drilling at the Tolmer prospect within the Tarcoola Gold Project in South Australia. The results have confirmed the local structural model, showing similarities to the eastern part of the historical Tarcoola goldfield, where Barton's Perseverance Mine is located.
Key findings include significant intersections in the 'western silver zone', highlighted by substantial silver and emerging high-grade gold assays. Notably, Hole TBM256D showcased 0.6m at 465 g/t silver from 81.2m and 3.8m at 10.3 g/t gold from 141.2m. These results underscore potential extensions for exploration, promising further investigation into high-grade zones.
Follow-up drilling in the 'western silver zone' is scheduled for the first half of 2026, indicating Barton's ongoing commitment to exploring Tolmer's economic potential.
