New CEO Appointed at KD Pharma Group

O3 Holding GmbH has announced a leadership change at its subsidiary, KD Pharma Group, with the appointment of Manja Boerman as CEO, effective August 24, 2026. Boerman brings over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences sectors, having held top executive roles at companies such as Catalent Pharma Solutions and DSM Pharmaceutical Products.

Boerman's extensive background in global operations and leadership is expected to drive KD Pharma Group's growth and maintain its status as a key player in omega-3 lipids. The current interim co-CEOs, Adam Ismail and Thomas Strauch, expressed optimism about Boerman's capacity to navigate the industry’s challenges and strengthen the company's financial position.

Boerman stated her eagerness to lead KD Pharma into its next phase of growth, building upon its reputation for technological innovation in health solutions.
