New Directors Appointed at Eagle Football Group

On January 6, 2026, the Board of Directors of Eagle Football Group noted the resignations of Ms. Bethel Gorin and Ms. Camille Lagache, both serving as independent directors since late 2023 and 2022, respectively. Their contributions to the Olympique Lyonnais group were acknowledged with gratitude. Additionally, Jamie Dinan, John Textor, and Mark Affolter also resigned in 2025.

The Board co-opted Mr. Stephen Welch, Ms. Victoria Wescott, and Mr. Gilbert Saada as independent directors. These appointments will be ratified during the January 28, 2026, general meeting.
