Known for its expertise in various real estate sectors, including office, retail, and residential, Catella advised more than 180 clients in 2024. Newmark aims to leverage Catella's technical proficiency and local knowledge to enhance its global valuation services. Revenue from Newmark's Valuation & Advisory services rose 26.3% as of September 2025. The acquisition aligns with Newmark's strategy to strengthen its market presence and deliver consistent, high-quality insights to global investors.
