Newmark Strengthens Middle East Presence with Strategic Hires

Newmark Group, Inc. is significantly expanding its advisory capabilities in the Middle East. The company has made several critical hires to establish its Middle East Advisory practice in Dubai. This move comes shortly after opening its Valuation & Advisory office in the region. The new team will be led by Senior Director Vit Dostalik, who previously headed Deloitte's real estate development practice in Saudi Arabia.

Joining him are Azmi Abdelmajid, Elliot Nolan, Puneet Phulwani, and Artem Malikov, each bringing expertise in development and advisory practices. These appointments aim to enhance Newmark's ability to provide comprehensive solutions, such as feasibility studies and portfolio optimization, across various real estate sectors including residential and commercial.

The expansion reinforces Newmark's commitment to the fast-growing Middle Eastern real estate market, promising clients integrated solutions backed by both global insight and local expertise.
