José Francisco Pérez Mackenna Resigns from Nexans Board
Nexans has announced the resignation of Mr. José Francisco Pérez Mackenna as Director, effective February 1st, 2026. Mr. Pérez Mackenna's departure also includes his roles in the Accounts, Audit and Risk Committee, among others. He is set to join the Chilean government as Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Pérez Mackenna's significant contributions since 2011, acknowledging his commitment to various committees. Acknowledging his departure, the Board extended its best wishes for his future endeavors in government.
