Mr. Pérez Mackenna resigns from the Nexans Board of Directors

Nexans, a global company specializing in sustainable electrification, announces the resignation of Mr. José Francisco Pérez Mackenna from his position as Director, effective February 1, 2026. His departure also entails his resignation from the various committees to which he belonged, including the Audit and Accounts Committee, as well as the Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee.

Mr. Pérez Mackenna has chosen to leave Nexans to join the Chilean government as Minister of Foreign Affairs. The Nexans Board of Directors expressed its gratitude for his valuable contribution since 2011 and wishes him success in his new role.
