Nexans: Information on Shares and Voting Rights - June 2025

Nexans SA, listed on the Euronext Paris market, has published its monthly balance sheet for June 2025, regarding the number of shares and voting rights. As of June 30, Nexans' share capital stood at 43,753,380 shares. In accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations, the total number of voting rights, including shares stripped of voting rights, also stands at 43,753,380.

Furthermore, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 43,745,871, due to treasury shares. Nexans' articles of association stipulate a reporting obligation for any person or entity reaching or exceeding the threshold of 2% of the capital or voting rights.
