Nextech3D.ai to Acquire Full Ownership of ARway

Nextech3D.ai, an AI-first 3D modeling and event technology company, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining shares of ARway Corporation, solidifying its control over the company. Nextech already owns around 40% of ARway's shares and aims to acquire the rest to streamline operations and integrate technology stacks for enhanced offerings in the global events industry.

By reintegrating ARway, Nextech plans to optimize operations, reduce redundant overhead, and boost development in AI, AR, and navigation technologies. The acquisition will merge ARway's Map Dynamics into a unified suite, supporting event setup, AI matchmaking, and blockchain ticketing. The transaction, still subject to shareholder and regulatory approval, expects ARway shareholders to receive about 0.514 Nextech shares for each ARway share owned.
