NextSource Materials Announces CFO Transition

NextSource Materials Inc., a Toronto-based battery materials company, has announced the resignation of Mr. Jaco Crouse as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Crouse will leave his position after accepting a senior role with another organization. He will remain with the company for a transition period of up to four months to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.

Mr. Crouse contributed significantly to strengthening financial strategies and supporting capital market activities since 2024. The company acknowledges his efforts and expresses gratitude for his service during a pivotal growth phase.

To facilitate the CFO transition, the company will work with external advisors to find a successor. Meanwhile, NextSource remains focused on its strategic initiatives, including the development of a Battery Anode Facility and progressing with the Final Investment Decision.
