NFON AG Achieves Steady Growth in 2025 with AI Integration

NFON AG, a prominent European provider of business communications, reported stable growth in 2025. The company’s total revenue increased by 2.0% to EUR 89.1 million, bolstered by its AI-based solutions. Recurring revenue, making up 92.1% of the total, slightly decreased from the previous year's 92.9%. Adjusted EBITDA rose by 2.4% to EUR 12.6 million, surpassing earlier projections.

The growth was driven by strategic acquisitions and innovations, particularly the integration of AI applications across its offerings. The acquisition of botario GmbH significantly contributed to revenue, especially in the AI project business. Despite a 2.7% decrease in installed seats, non-recurring revenue saw a 13.7% growth.

Looking towards 2026, NFON expects continued growth in the low to mid single-digit percentage range, supported by its Intelligent Assistant portfolio and efficiency measures outlined in the NFON Next 2027 strategy programme.
