Nissan's contribution to Renault Group's results for the first quarter of 2024
Nissan made a positive contribution estimated at 225 million euros to Renault Group's results for the first quarter of 2024. This contribution results from Nissan's financial performance during the fourth quarter of its 2023/2024 fiscal year, which extends from January 1 to March 31, 2024.
It is important to note that this financial dynamic comes after Renault Group reduced its stake in Nissan, selling a substantial portion of its shares during the last months of 2023. As of April 3, 2024, the direct and indirect stake of Renault in Nissan is 38.92%.
