NNS Acquires Additional Stake in OCI

NNS Holding (Cyprus) Limited recently announced the acquisition of a significant number of shares in OCI Global N.V. This transaction involves 9,357,547 shares, equating to approximately 4.43% of OCI's issued share capital. The purchase, completed on July 8, 2026, was made at an average price of EUR 4.0827 per share, with the highest price paid being EUR 4.088. With this acquisition, NNS now holds 115,591,906 shares in OCI, representing 54.69% of the company's capital.

This acquisition is part of a voluntary public offer for all issued and outstanding ordinary shares in OCI's capital. The offer, however, is subject to regulations outlined in the Netherlands Decree on Public Takeover Bids. NNS stresses their intent to provide liquidity to OCI shareholders wishing to sell without disrupting the market. Following the transactions, NNS and affiliates may continue to engage in share purchases within legal frameworks and proper disclosures.
