NNS Holding Acquires Additional OCI Shares

On August 4, 2026, NNS Holding (Cyprus) Limited announced the acquisition of 537,251 shares of OCI, at an average purchase price of EUR 4.0581 per share. The highest price per share paid during these transactions amounted to EUR 4.0660.
