The agreement, ending December 31, 2026, involves a monthly consulting fee of CAD$4,000, totaling CAD$24,000 for the period.
The consultant, led by principal Sean Davis, will provide services, with Noram granting 200,000 stock options to 1353656 B.C. Ltd. These options will vest over a year and expire two years from the grant date, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
1353656 and Mr. Davis are independent of Noram, with no current securities held in the company. This collaboration aligns with Noram's commitment to advancing its projects and expanding its presence in the critical minerals sector.
