Norbert Harringer Departs AGRANA's Management Board

AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG has announced the departure of Norbert Harringer from the Management Board, effective 31 December 2025. Harringer departs the company at his request after six years on the board and 21 years with the firm. His responsibilities, including Sustainability, Research and Development, and Quality Management, will be assumed by Chief Operations Officer Franz Ennser starting January 2026. Ennser will also continue his current duties in Agricultural Raw Materials, Operational Excellence, and Supply Chain Management.

Erwin Hameseder, Chairman of the AGRANA Supervisory Board, extended his gratitude to Harringer for his significant contributions to the company's development. Harringer was noted for merging energy-efficient technologies with sustainability initiatives. AGRANA is a prominent player in converting agricultural materials into high-value products, with significant revenue and market presence globally.
