NORMA Group Initiates Second Share Buyback Program
NORMA Group has announced a second public share buyback offer, valued at approximately EUR 208 million. Starting August 17, 2026, the company aims to buy back up to 9,306,487 shares at EUR 22.35 each, representing a 25.47% premium over the recent average share price. This move finalizes their planned EUR 260 million capital return to shareholders.
The offer is part of NORMA Group's strategy to enhance shareholder value and aligns with their capital allocation framework. With this initiative, the company's share capital could reduce by about 29.21% of its current level upon completion. This action underscores NORMA's commitment to restructuring its capital and preparing for future developments under its NewNORMA strategy.
The buyback proposal follows an earlier EUR 53 million repurchase, and detailed information will be released in the offer document. Trading of associated tender rights will occur on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, offering shareholders flexible participation options.
