North Peak Resources Completes Share Repurchase

North Peak Resources Ltd. has finalized the repurchase and cancellation of one million common shares previously held by Solarljos, LLC. This transaction, costing C$800,000, reduces the company’s outstanding shares to 48,973,642, reflecting confidence in the Prospect Mountain Property’s value.

The transaction was accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange. Rupert Williams, CEO of North Peak, highlighted the ongoing 2026 drilling program, emphasizing the mining area's potential. The transaction, considered a related party transaction, was exempt from certain requirements based on the company's market caps.

Solarljos, previously owning 8 million shares, sold one million shares, bringing its ownership to 14.29% of North Peak's equity. Proceeds will support humanitarian efforts in Africa, notably Dr. Ty Erickson's medical work.
