Northern Superior Finalizes Plan of Arrangement with IAMGOLD
Northern Superior Resources Inc. announced that it has received the Supreme Court of British Columbia's final approval for its statutory plan of arrangement. This plan will facilitate the acquisition of all Northern Superior's outstanding shares by IAMGOLD Corporation. Shareholders will receive a combination of IAMGOLD shares and cash for each Northern Superior share.
The plan also includes the distribution of ONGold Resources Ltd. shares to Northern Superior shareholders. This move follows the arrangement agreement established between Northern Superior and IAMGOLD on October 19, 2025. The Arrangement is expected to close on December 19, 2025.
