Notice of a General Meeting of Econocom Group
The Board of Directors of Econocom Group SE has announced that a General Meeting will be held on November 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the company's headquarters in Brussels. Among the items on the agenda is the appointment of Ms. Véronique Torner as an independent director. This appointment is for a four-year term, effective immediately, and will end at the close of the Annual General Meeting in 2030.
Shareholders wishing to participate in this meeting must comply with Articles 28 and 29 of the Company's Articles of Association and follow the procedures outlined in the notice of meeting. Documents relating to this meeting are available on the Econocom Group website and at the registered office.
