Notice of the PRISMAFLEX General Meeting on September 30, 2026

PRISMAFLEX has convened its shareholders to an Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. It will be held in Saint Clément Les Places, at the location known as La Croix Bayard. The notice of meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) No. 91 on July 31, 2026, with a correction on August 5.

The documents preparing for the General Meeting, in accordance with Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code, are available. Shareholders may request them upon receipt of the notice of meeting or consult them at the registered office during the 15 days preceding the Meeting. Holders of bearer shares must provide proof of shareholding.
