Results of the 2026 NR21 General Assembly
At its Combined General Meeting, NR21 convened its shareholders on June 4, 2026, in Paris. Chaired by Mr. Eric Dumas, representing Altafi 2, the meeting reached a significant quorum of 96.7%, with 71,208 voting shares. All resolutions presented were approved by the assembly.
The decisions include the approval of the 2025 financial statements and their allocation, the acknowledgment of the absence of related-party transactions, and the approval of directors' compensation for 2025 and the 2026 policy.
